Data Deletion Request

If you signed in to Venunique using Facebook Login and would like to delete your account and all associated personal data, please follow the steps below.

How to delete your data

Send an email to aboveandbeyondproductionsuk@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Include the email address associated with your Venunique account so we can locate your data.

We will delete your account and all personal data within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.

What data we delete

Your account profile (name, email, photo)
Any listings, bookings, or events you created
Your ticket purchase history
Any messages or communications within the platform
Your calendar and planner data

Note: some data may be retained for legal or financial record-keeping purposes as required by UK law (e.g. transaction records). This will be communicated to you in your deletion confirmation email.
